It's nice to see that some of those sypmtoms I don't have anymore and some I have a little. The program does work when you work it :)

bumping this up for those new to the forum and curious about your body symptoms. Always get
that check up to make sure you are A-OK then after that, it may be anxiety. And You Will be Okay ;)

Jill- Thank you for the list that you list last year. I have had some of the symptoms since Oct. 2009 but I have had depression off and on since high school. So to know how I can help my self with this program is very helpful. I don't know the I that I was going through the depression until 2005 in the winter time. You see I am active lady in the warm months so when November come I get depressed until spring time comes. I have going through some of the depression since I lost my son 17yrs .ago. I am hoping the program can help me to be the person I was before I meet my husband. Thanks again

Martha,

You might want to try a light box in the winter months--sounds like you have seasonal affective disorder if it clears up in the summer.

So sorry to hear about your son. That is rough to go through.
