Merry Christmas Man of Music! :) And Merry Christmas to all!

Had a great year - lots of ups and downs of course like any other year, but all in all it's been a BLESSED year as is every year.

It is good to recognize and appreciate that.

I enjoyed posting to this fun thread, but more than that enjoyed reading about others 3+ good things.

Maybe somebody can start a brand new one for 2011.

It is a great thing to know that no matter how tough a day can be, one can always find 3 good things.

Love to all! :) And Happy New Year to you!

On January 1 2011, we will start a brand new thread.

1) I'm done work for the year.
2) I've kicked back and I've begun the holidays again.
3) I'm finally making headway on the bathroom upstairs !!!!!!!!!

At this cold and often lonely time of the yearI am thankful for my friends and
my hubby and our apartment. We have a nice warm apartment to live in and food and clothing and blankets we need if it gets too cold. There are so many right now that don't have those basics and I am thankful I do. And remembering in my prayers those that are struggling right now.

Amen to that Jill !

What I'm grateful for in 2010.

1) I'm grateful that I've learned to deal with my panic attacks for the most part.

2) I'm grateful that even if I have an attack, everything will turn out ok.

3) I've learned that perfection is unattainable, so don't worry about it.

4) I've learned that there are people that will always think that they are better then everyone else, so let them live in their own little dream world.

5) I've learned that I need to relax waaaaay more than I have been.

6) I'm learning that there is no shame in taking a "time out" from life for a little while. It will still be there when I get back LOL

7) I'm grateful that I'm learning that I can't handle all of life's problems. That's not my job anyway.

8) I'm learning that just because I've had a bad morning, doesn't mean I'll have a bad afternoon or bad day.

9) I'm learning to just let the telephone ring and let it go to voicemail once in a while

10) I'm learning that this panic attack stuff is a life long thing. It's all in how I learn to deal with it.

11) I'm learning to say "NO".

There's waaaay more than 11, but I need a rest now ! LOL

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so tickled that this post is still here...

Hello, MoM, Shif and everyone else! Missed you bunches!

1) I am kicking anxiety a$$ and taking names, folks, seriously, been doing GREAT lately!

2) Am so looking forward to the New Year! Decided to create a Hit List for 2011 instead of a list of resolutions.. the gloves are coming off... grrr!

3)Am very thankful for the wonderful people on this forum who GET IT. Thankful to have a place to share and not be judged for being anxious.
Focus on what you want, not what you fear...

Hey Hot Rod ! Nice to see you're still here !

I figured why not keep the ol' 2010 thread going. See how many years we can keep it alive.

1) It's a new year and a fresh start.

2) The weather here has been really nice !

3) It's a "no work" day. A day to just chill.
