1) Grateful for all the tools I have and everything I learned, and that it is okay to have a panic attack, it's okay to have anxiety, it can be embraced and overcome and nothing "bad" will happen from it.

1) Even though there are times that I feel worthless and minuscule, I can think about how far I have come from 1, 2 or 3 years ago.
2) Even though there are days when things just go a different way than what I was hoping for, every day is a new blessing and a new creation and a new opportunity to seize.
3) Even though I'll never be the perfect mom, wife or child I will always possess many qualities that nobody can hold a candle to.
