1) Had an awesome day yesterday which I am going to do my best be the start of a "run of them"!

2) Woke up knowing that I am making some serious headway towards beating anxiety

3) Realized this morning that the size of a phsycial symptom should equate the size of the reaction. Little symptom, little or no reaction

Rod
just had to jump in here and say "THANK YOU"
I love that attitude and comment you posted about the reaction to your physical symptoms being equal in response, like little symptom little or no response. That really clicked for me and I will use that one!! Thanks again
Jill~!

1) Made it through my first day back at work (teaching) without any panic attacks.

2) I have a loving husband at home whom I can't wait to get home to.

3) I am looking forward to beating my panic disorder using the help and support of this program.

1) So grateful to be blessed with special friends
2) Swept up lots of dead leaves today
3) Moved stuff out of here in my efforts to de-clutter.

I like all the comments about the doggies - man's and woman's best friend!

Thanks, Jillz! This one really hit home for me when I realized that I act and feel as if I am dying over a twinge, a blip, or a gurgle. Doesn't make sense, huh? Glad it resonated with you, too!

I've put it at the top of my affirmations list

1. I'm kind of glad to be retired and not have to go out in the cold.

2. I'm glad that I have all I need here. Something to read, plenty of good things to eat, TV and the computer. I like all these things.

3. I like this forum. I enjoy reading all the posts. I'm so glad for friends.

1) Effort and sometimes pain gets me results; being stagnant and comfortable never gets me anywhere. This works in all areas of my life - from improving anxiety and emotional health to losing weight, gaining health and getting where I want to be physically.

2) I'm going to Walmart today even though there was a shooter there yesterday. I just don't care.

3) I feel pretty, oh so pretty

My family and I woke up to a brand new day.

I've completed my first set of exercises today!

I get to spend the day watching Sprout with my 3 yr old son!

My three things:

1) For once, was actually happy with how my butt looked in todays jeans! lol! Ladies, how often does THAT happen??

2)My kitty ran to greet me today when I came home from lunch and wrapped around my legs and feet and made me feel super loved

3) My left rib pain (no longer called "chest pain") did not scare me today!
