MoM I'm so glad you mentioned that! Well, I never had "trip" or "airplane" anxiety, but I did get into some situations that normally would have made me uncomfortable and anxious and I did really great.

Some of them - sitting in the middle of a row of seats not near the aisle (had to do that on the airplane once) and waiting in a long line in airport security. Those would have definitely triggered major anxiety in the past. Oh and sitting in a booth between other people, in that "locked in" position where you'd have to ask someone to let you out. I found myself in that position a lot, and I was perfectly fine. So proud of myself and so happy that I had the tools of the program!

1 - A new week tomorrow with new opportunities and fresh starts
2 - DH buying me a pair of boots for our anniversary!
3 - My totally awesome family!

Here I am trapped in the middle of a booth, without a care in the world (me in the middle with the do-rag)!

P.S. Just wanted to clarify MoM that sometimes I do get a little bit of anxiety before a trip or something, but not like a panic attack, just the usual stress of getting ready for a trip, but for this trip I was quite looking forward to it so it was more of an excitement kind of mood for me!

Shifrah,

Thanks for posting the pic. You are much better than me at using this forum--I don't have a clue how to post a picture.

By any chance are those cute children at the table yours? BTW, the desserts look yummy.
