My sentiments exactly! Yep, music, art and P.E. really help a child to find their niche in life. Paislee

I wanted to add that I posted a challenge that I met today on the Challenge Session #14.

After 17 yrs I am anti-depressant free. I am becoming me again and it has been very enlightening.
I must explain more after I can get it into words. It has been along time being numb, I realized it but never new just how much.
More later, I am feeling like a kid with some new toys "me". :o

We've been missing you, but being very patient. J kept on asking for you.

R, this is so, so wonderful. For biased me who will tolerate just about anything on my own, here is proof: it can be done. Of course I realize it is sometimes necessary but.........short term. Who is Cesar Milan? A personal trainer? If yes, you know I'm very interested. We can pump iron together. Oh, happy day.

PS. Does "pups" refer to puppies? Did your dog have puppies? Mighty confused.

Congratulations, R, I've been missing you as well. I ditto Tina's questions, not sure what Puppies you are talking about.

I was glad to read you announcement as this morning I was feeling down and wondered about going back on AD's. But I don't want to, I don't care for the side effects and I still felt the same feelings I am feeling now. And I wasn't always on them and I accomplished many things and worked stuff out. So I gave myself some positive self talk or at least talked to myself to question what I'm feeling and what are my fears. This helped and I'm at least out of bed and eating something and on here.

Hi lylinzo, not sure what encouraging words I can come up with except that you have lots of company in dreading change, me included. Yet change can sometimes bring any number of good things. Coming to this site (from elsewhere) was a good change.

Now I am in the last stretch of life and the change that is certain to come my way isn't going to be anything to cheer about. But here is my determination: I won't be robbed of one moment of my time ahead of the inevitable. I accept life as a basic struggle right down the wire. So be it. I lift weights and throw a good punch (joking). We must be fighters.

Lylinzo, hi and do not be afraid of the change.
I find that it takes finding away to want to make the needed changes instead of being made or forced into it. The biggest part is being comfortable and truthfull in loveing ourselfs. I must go, will share more later. Thanks and have a safe future.

Hi Lylinzo! Yep, change is one of the hard things I am learning to cope with. More now that I'm older and have experienced life. I'm not young and dumb like I use to be, I've seen reality all too well and now that I'm getting older change is harder to deal with. But it can be dealt with, it just isn't to my liking! LOL! It is all about expectations...how realistic they are or necessary.
Let us know how you are doing...Paislee
