having a problem driving

Face your fears and do it anyway right? It's harder that it sounds though and I do feel for you. One step at a time I guess.
Focus on a goal, something you want to achieve, perhaps taking your children to somewhere special. Then work on the program with this goal in mind. You will get there, I know you will.

yes i also have a problem driving alone or on the freeway but iv'e been following the program and i have been driving myself to work for three week's straight yay
that's a huge accomplishment for me i haven't drove alone in about a year. next stop the freeway i'm proud of myself i still need help i'm not cured yet i'm a work in progress !!

This week I must go on the freeway. The big thing for me is not to think about it and develop a cloud of anxiety. On the day, I'll go out there with, "I've done it before and can do it again." Self talk in the program.
As to someone with me, I actually prefer being alone because then I can give my full attention to the road. No distractions. Just some thoughts for you and reminders for me.
