I too am starting the program again - today.

Why are we letting ourselves slip like this? I ask myself this question and get upset and demoralized just thinking about it.

I did the program (only about 4 weeks worth, if I recall) 5 years ago now.

I'd really like to get it straight this time. I'd love - in fact, I likely need a partner.
