Adrenal depletion

Thanks for this post and all the great information. I have just recently become suspicious that adrenal fatigue could be
part of my problems and lo and behold the
video describes me. The best part is that
I do not have to go to another expensive
doctor or take questionable medications to
get help or recover. I plan to research this further and see what I can do.

I have been going to a Holistic Dr. She is a licensed Chiropractor, for the past 5 years, my adrenals were as flat as she has ever worked with du to the mold in my home. I started with taking all the stimulants out of my diet go to Knowthecause.com for Doug Kaufman's cook book. I got on this program, wat a big help, because anxiety is from stress, Read the book "Stressed Out on your way to Burn Out" I have given it away now, so I can't tell you the author it is very good at making you a map towards getting well. With my holistic Dr's nutrition,& acupuncture, and new diet supporting me physically my cysts shrunk away. I was able to begin to heal with this program I began to lower my expectation, and let the World Turn without my input. 5 years ago I was dying my M.D. gave me 3-6 months. Now I am relaxed enjoying life, and last month my Holistic Dr. told me my adrenals are back on track. Never Give UP & Never Give IN, develop patience, and you will succeed.
