Hi Everyone,
In response to beckyphoenix, I have suffererd with painful migraines for years, i am now 42. Just recently i have had, vascular migraines, which make me have a blind spot in my vision, which freaks me out and then zig zag lines for 30mins. It is never followed by a headache. These are becoming much more frequent, weekly, which accelerated my anxiety and made me do the programme over again. I have been to neuros and had mri's and they all deduce it is a vascular migraine. I have been under a lot of stress, i am wondering if there could be a hormone implication too.
I would also get an eye check if i was you. I was diagnosed as having glaucoma, in my search for what was going on with me. Good luck.
