Dear, calmchange, don't let your negative thoughts overwhelm you. Accept the anxiety that this type of situation causes, and ride with it. God will comfort you. Try and replace the negative thoughts with more positive ones. You will get through this. I am praying for you.

MY GRANDMOTHER DIED ALMOST A YEAR AGO, I NEVER CRIED AND STILL HAVEN'T. PROBABLY CAUSE WE ARE BOTH CHRISTIAN SO I KNOW WHERE SHE IS. NOW SHE CAN SEE, HEAR, AND IS PAIN FREE. I HAD NO ANXIETY THEN SO CAN'T ADVISE BUT WANTED YOU TO KNOW THERE ARE OTHERS WHO LOST SOMEONE CLOSE TO THEM. ITS PAINFUL BUT TIME HELPS.
ANGELS CAN FLY BECAUSE THEY TAKE THEMSELVES LIGHTLY
