Hi 9oclockreservation,

Getting really good at the positive self-talk will definitely help here. It will help you change how you think about your job, and the people around you. your thoughts will stop being so stressful.

This last two days at work I did pretty good, by dealing with those felling. It seems the less I focus on it, the less I self inflict. During the day I found my self ask me " wow I haven't felt dizzy, because I wasn't think about it". It really strange how my bad habit subconsion thinking behaveor it working. One day at time. for me. Thank you all

Just wanted to encourage you to hang in there. Obviously I'm not a doctor and can't give medical advice, but if it was me and I went without medication this long, I'd probably stick it out and go without through the program, just to see if the program would help enough on its own.

On the other hand if after going through the program and applying the techniques the anxiety is still out of control then maybe seeing a doctor about a low dosage of something might help take the edge off.

A lot of people read and don't reply to threads, I had to learn not to take it personally. I don't know why this happens, other than there are probably more people reading that need help than those who have already been helped or can help.

No they won't. They see your good sides, even if you don't. they love you!

Most of us here has gone through the anger, and has felt guilty for exposing it to our children. that's why there's a whole lesson on it. LOL

You'll be fine. Don't worry. We're here for you!!! :D ;) :? :(:)
