Getting really good at the positive self-talk will definitely help here. It will help you change how you think about your job, and the people around you. your thoughts will stop being so stressful.

I would like to share something alse, I get the most of those anxiety at work, on my days off a rarely get like that, or if I do in a very very mild way.
