Re: How to Defuse Negative Thoughts Related to Depression
Hi Lilchrissy! I like how you think they might change you into big Chris!
That's good to know that you've been on drugs for a while as well and then became drug free. That's makes me feel better. I don't like taking an Advil either, but finally succumbed to it because I was waking up very chilly in the wee hours of the night and figured I might just have a little bit of a fever. Also, I'm going through the womanly change and hormones have definitely declined. So I can't tell if my hot flashes are due to anxiety or menopause or the flu. Or withdrawals from taking Remeron.
Re: How to Defuse Negative Thoughts Related to Depression
Hilarious last couple of posts Chrissy and Paisleegreen
I guess I'm likely to be changed to MM now
I especuially liked the comment about taking more than Mr. Clevelands wisdom teeth
that was stellar!
Anyway, I want to also encourage you Paislee that getting off meds is possible. I can't comment on the hormonal stuff since I'm a guy, but I can say with dedication to countering your thoughts in the TEA forms daily and doing the other CBT exercises over time you will develop skills that will likely enable you to stop taking meds. When you get to that point make sure and wean off them super slowly though. Take care and thanks for all the smiles
