I had a panic attack riding in a car since i have to close my eyes afraid of getting in a reck. I hope i can get back to normal again but i know i have to push myself to get out and overcome that fear even wtih people and places.
I hope in time when i feel the feeling it will go back to normal. Thank you for posting this Mrs T bones! it really gave me a boost.

Aaaaaw lost girl....You are sooooooo welcome :) :) :)

If you just used the techniques above, then, you would find that you will lose the fear of the panic attacks!!!

I have been missing you in Church....I hope to see you very soon ;)
