You're preaching to the choir! I was just sitting here, almost in tears, sick of feeling the pressure in the head, the stiffness in neck and shoulders from tension and having to nap in the afternoons and wondering how I'm gonna make it through work tomorrow w/o a break...we have a working lunch meeting.

Ugh. I know it will get better, but sometimes it's still hard to take, but we're all in it together!

Start with creating some regularity in your bowel movements. I'm not saying to stay away from candy or anything like that...simply cut down on heavy food and drink lots of water. Thats a start. Anxiety can slow down peristalsis and that can make you feel very tired. Even working through my anxiety on paper I still felt exhausted and lethargic very easily until i created regularity.

Actually, try to stay away from to much sugar or caffiene. Both hype you up, and when you come down from it, you are exhausted.
Eat better, there are fruits with natural sugars. Exercise is not only good for you phyisically but mentally. Exercise, allows yu to pump your lungs, your heart, and releases good endorfins. You can walk 15 to 20 minutes a day, and get MORE energy.
When you think your day is going to be stressful, find a positive and focus on that. There is ALWAYS a positive to every negative,, Nelly:)
