
I have made it through session one, two and three. Now I am starting
on session four. I read the carry along cards each day. I
to journal for just a few minutes each day. I listen to the relaxation
tape once a day. I know it is hard to concentrate, but just do a little
at a time each day and it will pay off in the end. Take your time,
have patience and take little baby steps. You can do it !
