Thanks again all.. It is reassuring! I have that damn pain over my eyebrow this morning again.. It seems to get better a little, if I massage that area a little. Ibuprofen does help. Tomorrow will be one week on the new meds. Except for the pain in the left eye area, I don't really have any other symptoms, except for the dry red eyeballs. I will keep massaging lightly, and reading these posts as a reminder that I am not dying..

Thanks for the advice all, as a matter of fact, I am using the Dr. Neil squeeze bottle 2 times a day. :) But it is having a hard time dislodging much. If I am plugged up, it is usually only on one side, and it is about 50/50 which side. Some mornings left, some right.
That is a good idea about the probiotics.. I didn't think of that. I like yogurt anyway.

I get feeling poorly, if I take everything at once, the cipro, the mucinex, the nasal spray, (which isnt' Flonase, but some other Rx that I don't know, little metered spray bottle), and the wellbutrin. So I have to stagger them throughout the day. Pharmacist said to take the cipro on an empty stomach... That doesn't help much. I wonder if I am messing something up, or I have to be more patient with results.

Hi Cinny-

The mucinex is to get stuff thinner so it actually can come out-- you might be feeling poorly because it is draining down your throat into your tummy. That happens to me and I feel kind of a vague nausea and then the what ifs start. Plus the cipro can make you feel kind of ick. I'd be patient-- I don't think you are messing up at all. You are trying all avenues and you'll beat this bug. Have a great day.

I woke up today with that pain over the left eyebrow as well (plus a little pain in my left cheek). It is annoying, but at least I know what it is. It is very common that it will be on one side and then the other. Sounds like you are doing what you need to do. Patience is the final act. :)

Well, still here, and still fighting this. My nose sinus seem to burn a bit, dry maybe. I am on week three of the Cipro, and have developed another issue.

The area above my left canine tooth, at the bottom of the cheek bone has become pretty sore. That tooth seems to collide with a bottom tooth. I think that I am clenching my teeth still, especially in my sleep, and driving that tooth up and out. So the gums to that upper tooth are slightly swollen, compared to the other side. That hurts up in the cheek bone area. Would they be related? I think maybe the sinus infection seems to be under control? and that my jaw clenching is what is making my temples, above the eye and my upper left canine tooth hurt. Of course, my mind wanders, and I have another terminal problem. Now I am all stressed out again!

I slept last night with a night guard type mouth piece, to help with the clenching, and I think I am actually worse this morning.

Has anyone else had this pattern of issues?

Now I keep poking my tooth root/cheek bone, and I wonder why it is getting more sore. But I feel it constantly, and I am afraid that there is something sinister in there.

Hey,

What did your CAT scan show if anything ?As above You may have a nasal polyps .A mouth guard for sleeping at night is best fit by a dentist,do you live with anyone who may observe you sleeping at night.Clinching teeth can cause some of the symptoms your talking about.Do you have seasonal allergies or mold or anything else in your home that can contribute to these symptoms.Any sneezing, itchy eyes ,runny nose history of,inner ear problems.Any ear pain inside, like the ear drum?Does your jaw hurt.I know that thinking about the problem can only make it seem even worse,I myself do research on things as much as I can,but some people the more they read the more it freaks them out.All check back later, it helps to have as much information a possible if you want to provide some more detail that's up to you ?

No, no CT scans yet. My dentist wants to see me today, after I talked to them about it aching. The fact that she re-arranged he schedule for the afternoon, and she said "sounds suspicious" now has me pretty freaked out. I guess I will get an exam today now.

No, I do no research on line anymore.. I don't do well that way.

Thanks to all for all your support through all of this! Bless you all...

Got to the dentist.. after the x-rays, nothing sinister... We always blow things out of proportion don't we! Well, I grind my teeth at night.. And not just a little.. She showed my how my teeth fit together like a puzzle, both sides, WAY over. I never knew, and I thought that I just clench my teeth. I must move my jaw like a horse at night. Causing lots of temple pain, jaw pain, neck pain, cheek pain, tooth pain, etc. HMmm.. maybe I should have seen the dentist a littler earlier. She is building me a custom night guard, which is so nice of her! My insurance doesn't cover it, but she said I was probably one person that she has seen that needs one.

So I am so looking forward to the day soon that my skull feels normal again!

Mix that with my sinus infections seeming to be getting under control, and I am focusing on having a great summer! :D

My incisor ligaments were irritated and sore, and she said they are just under the sinus floor in your cheek. When they get that irritated, it affects your sinus also, and can give the feeling of infection. So it is an option, as to the cause and effect. Teeth sore or sinuses sore? One can cause the other.
