Paisley,
I gather you live somewhere cooler? Even as a trainer it is difficult to work out like I should when my mind isn't positive. I am also thinner than I ever have been so I am concerned that I may over do it & lose more weight. I am active, but I need to get a couple more days of cardio, 20 minutes=endorphins kicking in. I am on a golf league so I get outside at least once a week. I live in Southern Wisconsin & our weather has been very up & down. I can't wait for nice evenings when I can do yard work after work.

Re: Physical symptoms worsening
Hi Layha Rae! I live where it is warmer than you for sure, but not that warm.
Plus I'm being a pansy when it is raining. It is probably my age and anxiety. I do take Temazepam to help me sleep at night. So if I take it too late at night, then I sleep in. I really don't have to be up in the morning, but the sun definitely is shining and birds are chirping bright and early. So sleeping in is hard to do.
Soon I'll be up in the mornings to beat the hot summer sun to do my garden work. Then off to the swimming pools and parks to cool off, so I should be in good shape for getting endorphins going. I use to walk around my neighborhood before winter set in. So I need to start that back up as well.
That's neat that you are in a golf league, the only golfing I've done is miniature golf.

I do best if I do my exercise first thing i the morning before my day gets in the way. It has been goregous the past 2 days. Tonight is my golf night I hope the wind dies down if not I will have fun anyway. I watched video lesson 7 this morning & dif some of my workbook. Being diligent is very important.

Good for you! I hope the winds die down for you. Our week is going to be off and on with rain. But doesn't look too bad. I have a couple graduation parties to go to.

First I want to say that people have returned to repeat the program. Recidivism does occur, but doing it again works too as people have reported. So it's well worth the time and attention.
Am no personal trainer, but exercise is big in my life. And, yes, morning is best. It becomes a habit, a pleasure for both mind and body. Hope you keep improving.

Thanks Tina
I just wanted to say that I did a saliva test & it showed I am hypogylcemic (low blood sugar) which if untreated turns into full blown diabetes. Time to cut out the sugar for good. Anxiety, depression, exhaustion, are byproducts of this illness. I have most of these symptoms.
Feeling calm & glad to know with time I will be better than ever.

You're welcome, Layha. I'm returning because I am also an amateur nutritionist. What else am I besides being a pretend know-it-all (!). Sugar, salt, fat are 3 that I try to avoid as best as possible. Also turned mostly vegetarian. While I think CBT, The Program here, has great merit, I am also part Freudian. What I mean by that is I try to look for causes of problems. Just understanding origins has helped me.
Last I'll add that I took up meditating several months ago. It has turned into something I look forward to. You will be better than ever, no doubt about it. With effort and attention I have that confidence.
