I love it, Silverlining! Yes, we can do anything! Right? uh... :p Yep, I didn't start until I was 14 1/2. Didn't get PMS until later on when I was married, then after my last child having periods that felt like I was having a baby! Ugh!

I went to the website and it looks great! I'll start reading it later, probably tomorrow since I need to hit the highway. Another Ugh...where I'm going is fun, driving there won't be fun. :D
Remember...a piece of cake! :) Paislee

Hi Paislee, how did your trip go? Hope you had fun. Let me know how you like the website.

Newrunner - how are you doing? I hope you are having more anxiety and pad free days. ;)

Hang in there.
Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Hi Silverlining :) I went to the website, it was great. I haven't gone to the different threads yet, but started to read the "instructions" part. :p Just to be sure I follow the rules. :D

It really looks like it will be very helpful. So much to read there! :)

The highway was fine, our main freeway, but with dry pavement so that was what made it nice. Enjoyed myself with fun and caring people.

I stayed up too late though, watching shows I TIVOed and then I take my anti-depressant and have to take a Temazepam to calm down the twitching muscles in the legs. ;) Paislee

Hi Paislee,

I totally skipped over the "rules" of power-surge and just jumped right in! :D

I'm glad you had a good time and the roads were clear. We got about 5" of snow yesterday so we stayed home most of the day.

Does the anti-depressant help make you sleepy? I take xanax and it does help me with sleep.

Have a blessed day!

remeron is suppose to help you sleep. But it will start to make me sleepy, but then I start to get Restless leg syndrome and also I have had my arms start to jerk as well. The muscles start to twitch.

So I take the Temazepam to help me sleep. It calms the legs. I also have weaned off the 7.5 mgs that was added earlier during the last part of summer. I was making me more tired and eating more.

I am going to wean down to 15 mgs eventually and then go off. Then if needs be I'll use the Xanax. But so far I haven't needed it, I think since I've been on here and have the CDs and counseling my anxiety is better.

At Power Surge, they did say that you can't correct any mistakes that you post w/o asking them to do it. So I wasn't ready at the time to doing any more reading or posting. It is a bit hard with the blue background and white type, at least for that day my eyes were getting tired. That is what the Remeron does to me, I believe. :) Paislee

Hi everyone-
I talked to the compounding pharmacist who I get my bio-identical progesterone from. He said that your cycle can change monthly because your ovaries alternate each month to discharge an egg. So, one might be good on estrogen and one might not. Like, one month my chest killed and he said that was too much progesterone. Last month, I had a super short cycle so I had not enough progesterone. I am going to do a saliva test on my hormone levels and then I'll know where I am at and what I need to do to balance out the ratio between estrogen and progesterone. He was SO kind and he has lived thru this with his wife about 2 yrs. ago and he gets it.

Thanks for all the voices out there to let me know I am not alone. Onward and upward Ladies.

My GYN/OB doesn't care too much for the bio-identical creams. He says they don't get enough into the bloodstream. The Estrace cream is plant based though.

I tried a bio-identical cream that did nothing for me. I use a thing called a troche. I put it in my mouth, between my gum and my cheek and let it dissolve. Works like a charm.

So did you need a Dr's prescription for that?
