Dealing with anxiety

I definatly have those moments. Kind of like being in a small echoing room with 10 different people talking to you at the same time. You feel like you're going to lose it. I just try to call a friend and talk about it. And try to devert the mind. This definately works. You just have to remember that it will pass. Good or bad, it will pass.
