Awesome job!! It feels wonderful doesn't it?? I've got a 5 hour flight coming up on Sat that I am dreading like you wouldn't believe. However, I'm started to get excited about my destination (CA) and I know that this feeling of accomplishment will boost my self esteem greatly.
I just got a book from my library called, "When Panic Attacks." By David Burns. It's based on Beck's cognitive behavioral therapy. I'm on page 80 (just got it a few hours ago and can't put it down, til my daughter woke up from her nap) and it's really superb! Just reading it makes me feel hopeful. If your library has it, I would highly suggest it!
