A silver

Just remembet that when you are at work the Lord is still there for you! I hae bad issues with being at work and having anxiety. I just went in today for an interview and had to take a test. I told myself that it would be ok and I told God that I needed to feel him with me, the feeling went away immedialtly! Have faith then tell yourself that you are just panicing. I know that I can get through this it will pass it always does. Tell yourself that you are fine and start to hum or sign or whistle. I don't know what you do for a living but if you can do something that will take your mind off of it! Stop allowing yourself to think of your symptoms because the more you think about it the more you worry and the more you worry the more your anxiety gets. Praying does help with it all but you should pray before you go into work for a sound mind and for the Lord not to allow anything to come into your mind to tell you that you feel one way and ask him to keep all the symptoms from coming to you. I found that before I do anything I pray and then I don't have to worry about all the things later on happening because they don't happen! I hope this helps! God bless you@

You WILL make it, and the rest of us will too. Sometimes I have to make it one minute at a time. It is a very hard struggle; that's an understatement. One of my bosses at work said, "try not to get too excited" in response to an (embarassing) panic attack I had at work and I feel the same symptoms you mention. Remember lots of us are struggling right there along with you and understand you- arms linked- we won't fall! Hang in there.

Just came back from prayer meeting feels so good. we sang hymn "I must Jesus all of my trials. I cannot bear these burdens alone.I must tell Jesus ,Imust tell Jesus.Jesus can help me, Jesus alone thats just the chorus. I find that when I get "A" and I start singings hynms it calms me down. I bought myself a hynm book and that helps me a lot. The words to some of them are so inspiring. Can't help but help. Might want to try that. Do any of you think that we may be living in the end times as so many weird natural disaster and mans inhumanity to his fellow man. Just wondering. Just completed my intercessory prayer for all who wanted prayer , God bless and have a good night feeling God's presence
I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. ernajoy
