Thank you so much for that suggestion I wasn't sure on how to help myself with it and didn't know what to do. I will try my best to put your tips to use!

Any tips for when I'm on overload in my own house. Currently I'm putting my hands over my eyes or my ears and saying loudly to my kids and husband, "Overload, Overload..." They all can see it coming now, especially my 13 year old. I think he's extremely sensitive and tuned in. Anyway they usually back off after that. I get this when I'm trying to cook dinner and 3 people want something at one time. I experienced it a couple of weeks ago in a Ben Franklin (hobby) store. I had to leave. I think going in there with a list of exactly what I needed would have been the thing to do. I know it's what I'll do next time. As for the fam. I just try to get them all to take turns and not talk at once. Difficult as we're an irish/italian family. lol

I experience some thing like this too. My migraine medicine helps. I discovered that it comes with a headache. I discovered that some times the migraine does not always have pain. There are loads of symptoms to a migraine headache. This is commonly one for me. At home or in the store, also I suffer it when I am driving my car. Some times I suffer total blur of sight with it. I have suffered this my whole life, but not until the last 10 years have I understood I was suffering Migraines. Migraines also cause light sensitivity, nausea, numbness through out the body and so much more. The books tell us that migraines are a side affect of anxiety and depression

What I usually do in stores or where ever there is to much at once is I put my sunglasses on. I don't care if its 10:00 at night in a store or not. Once my eyes start bouncing around I shut them down with the sun glasses.
No offence Rose_thorn98 but i have trouble reading your post with the moving flower, its beautiful, but it makes all the words move with it. LOL

I have this problem, too. With me, it's the lighting in most stores. Florescent lighting and me don't get along well. I think my eyes are super sensitive to light. What I do is find a spot to sit and collect myself for a couple of minutes and then get up and keep going. It helps.
