I guess this is the stuff we get to look back on and laugh about when we're elderly and sitting on the porch.

I also have three children, and also have a trust issue. I really dont think I can or let alone have ever trusted a man. My husband is a good man, puts up with alot from me, but when another woman even says hi to him, I get jelous. I dont think it is because I have had children, lost my young figure or anything like that, I truely believe it is a self esteem issue. He understands my jelousy, course he has no choice being I let him know all too well. I am a stay at home mom, have been for 12 yrs, kids go to school, one is a junior my youngest is in first grade, if u ever here of a good solution let me in on the secret, hubby would be happy too.

Well, I am the man, I still have much of my old life, i.e. hanging with friends, etc and sometimes my wife says she would like to be the one to hang out, etc.
Problem is, I am the jealous one, despite my old life being well, my current life!
I am always afraid something is going to drive her away - like anxiety or just a better looking guy. I have had trust issues all my life, yet she has been by my side (good and bad) for 14 yrs!!

That is really tough and I'm sure very difficult to deal with for both of you. With self-esteem issues it's really not about the other person as much as it is about ourself.
With my prior post about women changing after they've had children, I think you see that more with women who didn't have those issues prior to thier "new life". But if it's something you've always battled with, it's a different problem I'm sure.
I hope this program helps with some of that...maybe the postiive self-talk or the coping scary/obsessive thoughts?
I'm sure each of your stories have many layers that have brought you to this place in life, just as mine has brought me to this program.
Hopefully, with this program and each other's support we'll be able to be in a better place tomorrow than we are today.
Much love.....
