I would start at the beginning like you've never done the program before. Listen to each week's audio session 3 times each week and use the workbook along with it. Listen to the relaxation tape 2-3 times per day and watch each week's coaching video for that week. Good Luck!

look at the very beginning pages of your guidebook...there should be a page with the heading: AS YOU BEGIN. this should give you all the guidance you need...if you need more information about how to go through the program, call the customer service line and ask for a program specialist.

i am in the same situation as purple. i bought the program about a year ago and quit after lesson 7 (i have a HUGE problem with being assertive and i feel GUILTY about everything i do (or don't do)). i spoke with someone from Stress today who said most people stop after 3, 4, or 7 -- the really hard lessons. as i recall, last year i had stopped for awhile after 3. i am going to go back and do it like i've never seen it before. the operator also suggested listening to the lessons while you sleep.

I agree completely with this! I'm on the program the second time around as I've had a stressful past couple of years and "those feelings" have crept back. I started right from the beginning - with the symptoms and all. Good luck.Originally posted by stephr77:
