I've lost three jobs because mornings are the worst, I shake, my heart pounds, I feel breathless, I'm dizzy. It's a real pain in the patoot because like a bunch of you said, within a few hours I'm on an even keel again.
I'm trying to come up with a routine for the morning that could calm me down right away, like listening to the relaxation cd when I first get up, but I keep unplugging my cd player in the bedroom to plug the fan in, lol.
Sometimes I am my own worst enemy, hahaha.
Mornings, ugh.

I wonder if it would help you to get up really slow like. Run a tub of warm, soothing water and put some lavendar oil in it. And get in that tub for a while . Then dress and have a shake for breakfast like Fischee makes.
And see if that helps any.
It is awful to feel so bad of a morning.
I love mornings now that I don't have to go to work. I love a sunrise.
But the sun gets hot quick in Texas in the summer.
Try to find beauty in your morning.
Do you have a garden. Picking a bouquet sometimes is peaceful.
Morning and evening twilight are my special times.
