WIERD HEAD ANYBODY
I to feel like my head is uncontrollable at times like I can not control the thoughts like Im losing my mind. I sometimes need to pull over and get out the car and walk it out because I puts me back to reality that I am ok. If I sit too long with too much idle time thats when it happens but if I am busy Im ok to an extent you know? So you are not alone.
calendar girl,
weird head is one of the last 2 symptoms that i deal with (mild chest discomfort being the other).
it is like a foggy, disoriented, 'fuzzy' feeling as if your mind is cloudy, right?
sometimes it even comes across like a mental tiredness. my wife and i have dubbed it "stress head", because your body is not tired, but your mind is.
again, clarity for me comes from prolonged exercise- and i have found specifically AEROBIC (with oxygen) exercise works much better and for much longer than ANAEROBIC (without oxygen). running, jogging, biking and the like all add much more to the recovery for me than simply weight training.
try it.
