Thank you for the advice. I really hope this program works. I am trying to stay off meds., but really having a hard time with this. I have been having panaic 24/7 and now have not been able to sleep. I am also trying to help my husband deal with his adhd. It is good to know that others think the same and that you had luck having a child up until 40. I am really hoping this program works for me.

I tried to cut and paste a link to an old post of mine, but alas I can't figure it out. If you click on my screen name and look under old posts. Go to the one titled "Things turned out better than expected."

Congrats to all you pregnant ladies! Try your best not to worry because honest to gosh worrying is the worst part. Never the actual event! Even when we are talking about giving birth. Hey if you can give birth... you CAN handle your anxiety. Even if you think you can't. God Bless! Carrie

Thanks for the encouragement. At this point I really have my mental state screwed up, becuse in the program it talks about going out and practicing your fears and the only way to practice this is to be pregnant and to have a child. I keep obsessing that I will never be able to have that experience, I will never be able to give my husband this, becuse I fear it. The anxiety got much worse since then and I had to bump up my meds. becuse waking up with heart palpatations and through the night. My therapist recommened to put the program aside for a bit. Not sure what to do, but I can't live through a thing I fear if I can't practice it. I am a complete mess. Any advice?
