BRAND NEW- Will this work for me?
I just bought the program. I have watched the intro and plan to do first lesson tomorrow. I have been a little skeptical and afraid that this sounds to good to be true- nothing will ever help. It is 3:17 AM- insomnia. Working night shift doesn't help. So I decided to read some of the post. I began to cry as I read what seemed to be my words come out of the mouth of so many others. I often could not find the words to describe some of my feelings and yet there they are in front of me. I could use some encouragement or assurance that this program will work for me.

To answer your question, YES, the program contains the information you need and it will work for you, provided you do it. You should realize from the start that you will need to commit yourself to put forth the effort to follow through and complete the entire course. It's not a perfect program but it does contain pretty much all the necessary information to turn things around for you.
The course contains CBT training. So go ahead, jump in and start going through it right away. But remember, it's up to you to make it happen.
Also, if you are having problems sleeping (my challenge also) you should consider eliminating caffeine and sugar from your diet and increase your daily exercise substantially. That should start making a big difference right away. Also, don't watch TV in bed.
You are going to be fine, you'll see.
