My husband and I recently moved into a different house. I wish I would have remembered how stressful moving can be. We have a good relationship, but of course the move has caused increased arguing. It got to the point yesterday that it was not anyone thing in particular, but I started to have a panic attack. It had been a year, so it was so terrible being put back into that place. So, when I saw my husband today, I started to feel anxious. OMG, what the world am I going to do? I love him and he is supportive, but I'm not sure how to make this better. Maybe I am placing my stress on him or I am taking on his stress? I don't know, but some good advice would be so helpful. Thank you

I do the same thing with my husband. We have total opposite personalities. He is a very GET IT DONE personality and I procrastinate on EVERYTHING. So I know when I see him that I didn’t do 1/10 of anything he ask causing a lot of anxiety. He is obsessed with having everything done and paid on time. I am not. I am learning to stop procrastinating and he is learning to take a chill pill. Wish he would learn quicker. It is annoying. He tries to understand my anxiety but he doesn’t. He is very ignorant to what anxiety is. I can relate to having anxiety around the spouse. I try to just laugh about the personality differences.
