Welcome to the forums. It's good to have you here. Do you have the Combatting Stress and Depression Program program? I hear you being assertive and preparing for your meeting. That is very wise. What do you hope to accomplish by going and meeting with her? What will you call success? I would have an exit strategy so you can feel in control. The adrenalin is normal. Call it courage and be sure to under-react to it and not fight it. Keep us posted.
