sexual erges

i have these sexual erges all the time and i cant turn from them. i need help in deciding what session i can use to help me with this. i know this sounds stupid but can someone help? :shock:
i am a guy that has been troubled by anxiety and depression all my life. i also have schizophrenia and it makes it a little hard for me. the more support the better. thank you
