i have been reading about TEA forms that people have used from books, and they say they are very helpful. i also see people say they used the TEA forms in their CBT group, and i was wondering what kind of group that was? i was also wondering where i might find a group like that? if anyone could help me out i would be most grateful.
thank you

Re: what is a CBT group?
As far as I know CBT groups can be formed by professionals such as therapists or psychologists. Some are for certain age groups or specific topics. You might try Google for possible groups in your area.
The TEA form is discussed in Sam Obitz' book Been There, Done That, Do This. T is for Thought, E is for Error, and A is for Analysis. It is a way to restructure, recondition our thinking. The program here does the same without a TEA concept but with journaling. Hope this helps some.
