back again
wow i thought i had fought this my anxiety came back,at forst i was sad and depresed about it but soeone told me that what was happening to me was that i by me having and anxiety attack was progress i was like what how can that be progress but i thought about it and i guess that person was right i know that it takes tikme to get better and im not going to let this bring me down and one thing that this program had taiught me was to accept, and float with it i may be feling nervouse and tensed right now but hel who aint i know i can beat this we all can .

Welcome back It can be easy to slip back into our "old selves". Accepting and floating with the feelings is so important, for when we focus on them we just lead ourselves to getting more anxious... then in turn more depressed. If you did it before you can do it again.

We must accept that this kind of program (or any CBT program, in my view) is not a one time fix all necessarily. In some people the results last longer, others shorter. We need to incorporate certain principles for all time. Old conditionings, ingrained habits are likely to return. For example, if we've lost weight and want to keep it off we can't revert to old eating habits. Here we can't revert to old thinking habits.
We can encourage each other, maybe share techniques, difficulties, or successes. For example, I have incorporated meditation and exercise as part of my days every day. Also, I try to turn everything around to a positive and praise myself. What could be better?
