Stress Outpatient Groups

Post by palani » Thu Jan 19, 2012 7:27 pm

By going through the program cassettes, I've learned that they have outpatient "Group Sessions" that seem to be open to the public, but I can't seem to find any more information on this.
Can anyone provide me with any info, or where to find the answers, on how to become a part of these "in-person" groups ?

Thanks

Is there a help line to call in emergency panic situations?

ksfrost,

I think if you call the main phone number for StressCenter during business hours, they can direct you to a coach that can listen and try to give some assistance. 800 213 7377 after hours you would probably have to call your doctor or other support person. I know that can be frustrating but I suppose they have to put a limit on it. Sometimes it helps to find a person you can send a personal message to in the forums and that way you can get to someone a little faster. Might want to call the center during the week just to find out what other options there are. But send me a personal message or someone else here that you get to know, they will be notified through email or when they log in. I'm still learning more about the boards. Take care. :D

I'm not sure about the group sessions, tel:866 955 6027 is the number on the facebook page as contact information. They have an Ohio address but I'm not sure if that's where the number goes to. I think the group sessions on the CD's were a number of years ago. But good luck, take care. :D
