You may be putting too much stress on yourself trying to "get it all done". Take a deep breath and relax. Use some of the techniques it suggests that work for you. A couple of the things that work for me is "it will go away... it will go away" breathe, breathe - "it's only a panic attack - I will survive it" - let it flow, let it go... deep breath. Try to determine what's making you this way - is it worse than before? Maybe backing off it awhile and just use what you know so far will help it stick in your mind without cluttering it up more and giving you more stress.

If it's even a little better, then you're having success! Success comes in all measurements. Take what it's giving you that's helpful. Does this help you any? If not, share more and maybe I can give another suggestion. I still get attacks, although they are much smaller and less frequent now and I'm only on Session 4. I'm behind on my schedule but found that trying at their one-session-per-week to be too much pressure for me. Backing off a little helped. When the time is right I'll know it and will proceed to Session 5 (at my leisure).

Good luck - I'm here for you.
Deborah
