Hi!...just thought I'd pop in to say I bought this program a few months ago.. and have tried so many things. I am actually anxious to start.. not the good anxious.lol Anyone else feel that way in the beginning? Maybe it's the whole idea that I am expecting it to turn out perfectly and don't wanna be let down?

Hi Hopeful. Please don't think that you will be let down but keep the faith and know this is going to help you. I have anxiety attacks all the time, and they are very hard to live with. I'm getting ready to start Session 3, but I've listened to Session 2 so many times in the past two weeks that I feel like I have it memorized. I always feel better after listening to Lucinda, and reading the workbook and my Bible really helps too.

Thank you:)). I haven't logged in until today.. But I really appreciate the support. Especially since it sounds like you're new in this program. Thanks sooooo much! :)

Jump into it with both eyes open and go for the gusto. Setbacks are normal and as time and exsperiance goes you will begin to see the positive changes and that will fuel your mojo even more. Use the old say from the little engine that could. I think I can I know I can I can. Just keep looking forward and the past will remain there and the future is yours to be taken.

Hi SoWhatif -its sounds like you know what you're talking about. Maybe you could be our online counselor.
