Starting over.
Hello - I started the program back in August 2007, but didn't stick with it because I started feeling better. Now things are bad again, so I really want to do the program but for real this time. Is it OK for me to post here? Where should I start?

It is OK to post here, though there are other sections relating to specific parts of the program. I never post there so I cannot comment further, but here or there is fine.

Congrats on starting over, seems that is life. Things change and we ....... must and do start over. Use your tools wisely
