I'm very new to the program and was just wondering if the first shipment is the entire program? I looked at the photos online and It doesn't seem like I have everything it shows. I also do not have the relaxation cd, etc. I'm starting session 2 and working with a very good doctor, so I am hopeful that this will help me.
