Skipped beats...still

Post by Enigma » Sun Jul 17, 2011 5:58 pm

I had previously posted about skipped heart beats thinking they were due to my reflux medication only to find out several days later they came back even off the medication. How I've been dealing with them everyday at all times of the day and they drive me crazy. I don't know what to think anymore. I feel like I can function normally but they just feel strange, not normal, but I can do my daily routine without issue. I've of course had several heart tests in the past telling me my heart was fine. I just don't know if its stress, anxiety, some kind of deficiency or even allergy that I'm not aware of. I'm looking for any kind of input that can help lead me in right direction to get rid of the skipped beats.

There is tons of great info on the Heart Palpitations Forum official site. They also have a Face Book page, if you search for them on FB. I'll post the link this way. palps (dot) chemicalforums (dot) com

It seems like your palps are due to anxiety. They can come and go at any time for no apparent reason. They can last for a few minutes, hours, days, weeks. Some have mine have lasted for months, then they went away for months. I had all the tests as well, and everything is fine. As you know, they are not harmful but they sure are really annoying.

Good luck!

You have nothing to worry about, easier said than done I know, I have also had various tests done and the heart specialist said there is absolutely nothing to worry about and that everyone experiences these at some point in there life,
