The last few nights (only happens at night) I've been experiencing tons of tension in my head. Everything feels tight, I can feel my pulse in my head, my eyes feel like they're going to pop out of my head. And there's a "buzzing" feeling that I can't really explain. Then my ears, cheeks, and forehead become hot. It isn't until after this happens that I start to feel really anxious. Could it still be caused by anxiety? I started taking the Good Days vitamin packs a few days ago and just finished up a course of antibiotics. Could these have anything to do with it?

I have had this similar situation happen. I went and saw a doctor for it and he recommmended that I see a chiropractor. I did and feel alot better. I didnt realize how tense I was in the shoulder and neck area. I was also told to not grind my teeth, that can cause the pain in your temples.Hope this helps!!!

I have actually been having a lot of weird feelings in my head lately--and it seems that my eyes don't really want to focus well, but it's not really blurred vision, but it's just a feeling that causes me to wonder "what if I faint or what if this is an illness?" I think anxiety plays a major part in all of these weird feelings in our heads, chests, backs, legs etc. A few months ago I had back pain and went to the doctor for that to only find out that it was ANXIETY!

I agree with Liz29. I feel much better since I started seeing a chiro once a month. It helps with tension and just makes me feel refreshed after an adjustment. Also, my sister is a wonderful massager and that helps me a lot too.

Thanks everyone. I will be giving my local chiropractor a call (maybe the massage therapist too!). Lately the physical symptoms have been a bit overwhelming for me but I felt better today knowing that I'm not alone :)

I definately would suggest going to the chirpractor! I am a Chiropractic Assistant right now and I see the Chiropractor very frequently and it makes me feel alot better. I also get a therapeutic massage regularly and the tension that is releaved is unbelievable! I have a hard time with anxiety and especially lately but chiropractic care is a must to me!
