Flash cards thrown out by my step dad
I'm really upset my mother bought be the program and I'm in week 2 panic attacks and I left my flash card on our couch
And he threw they away last by accident apparently:/ so does anybody have a link or a PDF they could send me so I can print em and keep on going with my program...I was just starting to not worry about the attacks anymore and now this setback:/ any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks:)

I'm sorry to hear that. There was postings of what is on the card done Ninja or THH or some other people when we were working together on the Program. Check archives or the current group that is working on the Program again. Did you Dad throw out all cards or just the one for Session 2 for Panic Attacks? I could type it for you. Paislee

I had all my flashcards together on the lounge chair cause I like to keep them all together and he thought they were advertising rubbish so he tossed em:(

Yeah I can't find any links that have what they said on em, just feeling really down cause of it.

Hi Pete, I can't help you right now, except tell you that if you search for The Challenge...session 7 by NinjaFrodo you'll find some postings of what is on the flash cards. I don't know at this time if the videos on YouTube actually have what is on the flash cards.
If you follow THH or mschope or NinjaFrodo or search for things like that you will probably find what is on the flash cards. I didn't have the flash cards for months, but just by listening to the CDs or tapes whatever you have, you will benefit from the Program. If you have the Workbook you are way ahead of where I was. People might P.M. you from here instead of sending you an email. Paislee

I did post each lessons cards except the 1st lesson. Scroll down to where you can post in each lesson. Click on each lesson except lesson 1,( we skipped that one) and look for the topic "The Challenge" by NinjaFrodo. You will find the cards posted in my post ( THH usually my first post) you can read them or print them out, copy them what ever. Let me know if you can not find them I will try to help.

I looked in session 2 as well & did not see the post. You are not crazy! I did post them, maybe they got lost when they were fixing the web site. Some post seam to be lost?
Here is week 2
Six steps designed to put a end to panic attacks:
* It's ok to be anxious. I am ok.
* Body symptoms are uncomfortable, but there is no danger.
* I have tools to control panic.
* I can handle sad feelings.
* I am my safe place. I am home.
* Its ok to relax now.
* I can share my feelings and thoughts.
* It always passes.
* I am strong, courageous, and capable.
* My new skills are working.
Side Two:
Deal with panicky feelings:
1. Accept - float don't fight.
2. Permission - I know what this is.
3. Breath - inhale 2, exhale 4, ( see session 2 in guidebook)
4. Inner dialogue - positive, comforting.
5. Distract - action, mental & physical for at least 15 minutes.
6. Let Time Pass - discomfort always passes.
Use these 6 steps for waves of sadness, anger, worry,ect.
FEAR= False Evidence Appearing Real
I also would like to add, you can order just the cards from the Mid West center for a fee of $10.00 dollars. Did you find other cards that I posted or are they all gone?
