Definitely do NOT go off your meds just because you are doing this program (or any program). The meds were recommended to you by a doctor in consultation with you. Being on this, or any other program, does not mean that you should cancel your meds, especially without seeing your doctor. This program is a part of your overall progress. Meds can be a part of that progress too. If, by going through the program, you feel much better and are doing much better you could then consult your doctor about cancelling the meds or perhaps reducing the dosage as you get better and better. I hope this information is of some use to you and good luck in your goals!

I went off my meds after I had been on them for a long time and weaned off of one of them first and it was after I talked to my Dr and also while I was seeing a Psychologist and working on a CBT program. Many people start Lucinda's program and seem to end it on Session 3. It takes time...and some feelings are going to be experienced that you haven't felt before. Paislee
