I hope you are feeling better. It is hard when our parents need extra help and I hope she is feeling better as well. They have a vaccine for Shingles I just noticed the other day.

They say that people who experience anxiety at the levels that we do are the best people to have around in an emergency situation. This is due to our senses always being on high alert...In other words WE JUST DEAL WITH EMERGENCIES BETTER BECAUSE OUR BODIES ARE ALREADY SET UP TO DEAL WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF STRESS. Anxiety sufferers are kind, caring, and sensative people. So I am sure that your support of your mom in her time of need was both welcomed and needed. Sometimes things just happen for a reason. Maybe all of this is just a test of your faith in yourself. Despite your anxiety issues you developed the courage to do something that was uncomfortable for you for the betterment of a loved one. I am assured that out of all the people in this world, that know one other than you knew how to better take care of your mom then you. Give yourself a little credit....YOUR STRONGER THEN YOU THINK!! Stay Blessed.
