Need some tips, starting back to work...

So I have been out of work since August 9th due to a traumatic even that happend there and I am now getting back to work at a different place but somewhere i have worked before. I do feel comfortable there and I was very close to most peole there. It was like my home away from home. I should mention i waitress and bartend. So now that i have given you a bit of information I would like to ask for any advice or tips on feeling anxious at work to the point where i can get tunnel vision? How should i calm myself and take a brake without really taking a break? If that makes any sense...lol
Erin, I totally understand your feelings about anxiety at work, but we just have to keep going i guess. If you are not able to take a few minutes break to just relax, then just sing to yourself or pray or talk to someone about something. smile alot.....get your mind off of it. I know its more the memoried of anxiety that frighten us, so just tell yourself that they are just thoughts and let them go...dont force the memories out of your mind, just let them float in and out.
