On Ambien, but wake up shortly after falling asleep. When I wake up, there is immediate anxiety which then leads to hours of sleeplessness. Any advice on how to return to sleep?

Hi Going grape,

What I find works best is to concentrate on slow deep breathing and don't allow yourself to think about anything but your breathing. Keep your eyes closed and try now to relax each part of your body...tighten and release just as in the relaxation cd.
I hope it works for you as I do know what you are going through.
