hello well my anxiety really got bad two months ago.i was watching something about csi and i thought i was going to hurt some one. well that felling past two days later then i worry about every thing. then two weeks later i started going out and doing thing again i was good.but then about a month later i was reading side effect about an anti biotic and i got scare i panic well is been 2weeks and the obssesive thought about loosing my mind is really deppresing me and i'm scare that i hurt someone but i know i will never do it is just bad thing that come in my mind wen i'm out i feel like running couse i'm so terrefied to do sumthing dum.does this happen to any of you?

Hi Vivijovi, Did you see anything that might have set off the anxiety or scary thoughts? What is csi?

Suggestions: They say people with anxiety should not be reading medical books or things about medical stuff cause we start obsessing. Also shows like CSI or scary movies are not beneficial to us either. I would suggest you stay away from both of these till you are way down the program. Until we get control of our thinking we should not subject ourselves to such things. I know, I pretty much stay away from all TV shows or moveis or reading material unless I know it will help me like cheer me up or benefit me in some way cause they have a way of setting me back. I hope this helps.

Hi, the scary thoughts you are having is your mind's way of dealing with something you don't want to deal with. Try to think what is really bothering you, or what you are avoiding. My scary thoughts that turned into full blown panic was having to talk to my boss of 20 years about the way he treated me and to end a friendship with a person who really was not being a friend to me (also knew for 20 years). Once I dealt with those two big problems that I was avoiding, my scary thoughts stopped.
