Just wanted to say hello to all the new members on the forums since I was posting daily. Welcome and I wish you all so much luck along your journey to a wonderfull, happy, joy filled life.

My life has changed a lot...for the good..thanks to my use of CBT, and this wonderfull program and some very special friends I have made here. I can't say enough good about the program, my new friends and the positive impact it has had on my life. I thank God everyday for all the blessings I now have and all those I had but lost touch with due to my anxiety, depression and anger at my life.

I have been off the forum for a few weeks due to some issues within my family, but also with my desire to work on our house...finally!!!!
I had no motivation for such a very long time and once I felt it I just kept going and enjoyed every moment of it. I have made a spot in our den for my computer and have a work area for the program...YES !!! I love it. I have also driven to the city...30 miles round trip..done shopping alone in a crowded store, went to 3 stores, got gas and even took my time coming home and looking at all the autumn colors along the country roads leading me back home. It had been so long since I drove myself anywhere and I felt so proud of myself for just facing my fears and doing it all...just wanted to share that with everyone who is or has been through this problem.

Well I don't want to write a novel so will just wish you all a great day, night, week, etc. and remember to be kind to yourself.

God Bless
BELIEVE YOU CAN CONQUER ANYTHING~ AND YOU WILL !! I DID IT, YES !!!!!

This is so great, thank you for sharing.
People here need to hear about these successes because I sometimes wonder, where are all the people that have gone through this program with good results.
This is a big motivation for me, I just started week 1 but I believe that good results will come soon.
Thanks for the positive news, I'm very happy for you.

A great big Rocky Mountain Howdy!
Glad you are back, and will look forward to your posts and replies, as they always cheer me up!

PS: pe, there are a lot of us here who have success stories, and when we finish the program, we don't visit as often. I finished about two and a half weeks ago. The program works. It isn't easy, it isn't fast. But it works very well. You can always scroll back through old posts from previous months, and you will often see the enormous difference in the tone of our posts. I am glad you are here. You are among kind hearted wonderful people who will be here for you. :)

Does anyone else feel anxious about the cost of this program? I feel stupid saying this because I can afford it, but I just hope that I am not wasting my money and my time...plus I don't think my husband would like the idea of me spending this much money on this program( I am in the trial period). Does anyone else worry about what their spouse will think? My husband is very loving and supportive but I don't think he knows the extent to which I feel anxious sometimes. He will probably say, "just don't worry so much " and "don't waste our money on this". The very thought of bringing it up to him makes me anxious!

So, instead of all that negative thought, how about this. What kind of $$ do you spen each week, on frivolous things, maybe going out to eat, a case of beer, or bottles of wine, cigarettes, not saying you do., But there is something you can use to justify this.

Think of the poitive not the negative side and it will make sense, but it's up to you to make it pay off. And there is sooooo much support here to help you succed.

I wish you the best and hope to see you back here after you join our community of those who just won't take NO for an answer.

yes we were very worried about the price that is why it has taken me so long to order. but i found out today that they actually have a financial aid to help you if you cant afford it. that was a true relief. i need this because i dont have insurance anymore and havent been on meds since january and it is all starting to come to a head for me. i feel if this can help me i wont need to worry about having insurance to see a doctor who really dont help me. how can anyone help you that only sees you for 15 min once a month. i will be there for you, so let us begin this journey together my friend. my boyfriend and i are doing this together as a couple so welcome aboard.
