Hi there everyone. I wrote an e-mail on Sunday called TO ENCOURAGE YOU ALL. I have to tell you that if you apply exactly what the program says IT WORKS. I have been in this prison for 18 yrs. One medication after another, one form of therapy after another...........I lost my life.......up until now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't even work!! That's how bad my anxiety was. Symptoms 24/7 NON STOP. I couldn't do anything........socialize FORGET IT!!!! (not unless I had 3 mg. of ativan just beforehand or alcohol)! Drive where I want......FORGET IT!!.........wow..........what a difference and I am only on week two. I have a brand new life ahead of me. I've been in a horrible relationship because of the anxiety of getting out and other financial factors and now I know that all that will be left behind me. I am sure some of you can relate.........so keep going APPLY...........BELIEVE.........feel those ugly horrible symptoms and stay as calm as possible ANYWAYS and you will feel less nd less symptoms until one day they will be gone. I am getting there and so will you!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know so much about this and never applied it until now because I was always too scared ....you get to a point where you say WHAT DO I HAVE TO LOSE......and that's when your life begins .....now I know what it means to STEP OUT IN FAITH........I encourage you all STEP OUT and you too will win!!!!!!!!!!!!
