hey pol I'd been having anxiety depression for about 8 months I'm on the relax stage more and melo......here and there I get the dizziness and the frustration comes goes more oftenly then before I fell like some days it's almost done with it but some days seem realy realy realy frustrating....... I know this will all be over soon...... I mean it's quit normal to feel frustraited or to have those scary thoughs right....... I mean you do everything right everyday exercise eat right everyday you overcome your fears........ I just wonder what else can I do speed up the proses......... I'm greatful for not getting the panic attacks and not feeling anxious a much as before but I think some days are harder then others....., I know that's the way life is some days are better then others......lol as I'm writting now I'm feeling so much better about myself LOL..... But if anyone can give me a boost don't hesitate to write to me...... God bless you all and keep up the good fight.

hi joshua. You gave yourself the boost you needed. That's the main idea of the program, to learn how to make ourselves feel better, and safe, and comforted. You did it yourself. That's a great accomplishment! Keep doing that and soon you'll be helping others get rid of their anxiety.

Thank you very much deeded...... That realy means slot to me. Are you over your anxiety and depression? I will continue my fight everyday there's slot to do in this world..... To many beatifil things to see explore and feel..... I can realy use your help on clayey days.... I'm much better then before. It's just a matter of time and patiences. I love to hear from you soon..... Thank you vet much ones again. :)

The mere fact that you are posting this concern shows the initiative that you are fighting back. Sometimes, medications can cause that feeling of not moving forward. Everyone heals differently - sometimes recovery will ebb and flow. Give yourself time and allow recovery to be at level that works best for you!

thanks man id been feeling much much better............i can finaly see myself done with this my days are more enjoyable......i love this all my hard work its paying off

Take one day at a time. there is no magic answer out there. but you will learn ro accept and deal with it to the point where you wont wake up and think anxiety/depression. It takes time but it is possible. Just continue to take care of yourself. Eat healthy and excercise. Keep busy and let your feelings float. sounds easy to say i know but its the truth. i promise

hi joshua. I don't think we'll ever be completely over anxiety because problems will arise that'll cause you some stress. I like to say that I'm not tortured by anxiety anymore. It took a lot of years but because of God, and a lot of work on myself with this program, I'm able to relax like I never had been able to before. just keep working with the program, you'll be fine. It seems as though I had a zillion symptoms, now I'm fine. There are still times where I get a little anxious, but at those times I'll just refocus by distracting myself by doing somthing that I like to keep my mind off of what's bothering me.

Joshua, while doing the program make sure you challenge yourself by facing your fears whether you're afraid or not. That's the secret to the cure.

TKS POLISHPRINCESS......SINCE I READ YOUR COMMENT I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT IT, AND ITS BEEN SOOO HELPFUL............NOW EVERYTIME I FEEL ANXIOUS OR SAD OR ANYTHING ELSE I JUST LET GO THROUGH IT AND DONT LET IT BOTHER ME. I KNOW THERE GOING TO BE DAYS HARDER THEN OTHERS AND I KNOW NOT EVERYDAY IS GOING TO BE SUNNY AND ENJOYABLE........NOW I JUST TAKE IT A DAY AT A TIME.......THATS MY NEW PHRASE LOL........TKS SLOWY I WILL BE BACK TO MY REGULAR NEW AND IMPROVE SELF.
